Rachel is a retired, 100% service-disabled, Air Force veteran. As a 22-year Chief Master Sergeant, she filled many roles and responsibilities but her most memorable position has been that of a mom to her 3 boys; Stephen, Matthew and Jacob, and supporting them as they grow into young men.
As an education enthusiast, she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management, which she intends to utilize in enhancing ECOthrive Farms’ community impact, as well as, becoming a mentor for others who feel a calling to follow a similar path.
ECOthrive Farms is Rachel’s passion, which she will manage with her Board of Directors and family. Both she and her husband Steve will work together as they balance work, school, sports, and many family adventures for years to come.

Mindy is a retired Air Force veteran, who still serves as a government civilian for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland University College.
She successfully balances work, hobbies, and motherhood as she never misses a moment her family and cherishes her time with her son, nurturing his love and competitive spirit with his busy soccer schedule.
Growing up on a farm, and having four pups who keep her entertained, Mindy is well versed in raising and caring for a variety of animals. We are so fortunate to have her as ECOthrive Farms VP and know she brings a wealth of experience, creative energy, and love for all things that will help our organization and community grow and thrive!

Arielle is an Air Force veteran, who spent 8 years serving in the continental United States, Korea, and Hawaii. She is currently making an impact in her second career as a Flight Planning Specialist at Scott Air Force Base, in Illinois.
As a self-proclaimed Air Force “brat”, Arielle has been many places but calls Beavercreek, Ohio home and looks forward to moving closer to her family and friends in the near future. Her zest for life, focus on personal growth, and fulfillment of professional goals will assist her in becoming a leader within any community in which she resides. We are thankful they have led her to our organization.
Her understanding of the local community culture in Ohio makes her a critical part of our ECOthrive Farms Board of Directors. Her exception love of animals and talent for seeking out and securing livestock resources, only adds to our ability as a nonprofit charity for our community.
